3. How does someone become a member of the Historic District Commission (HDC)?

Members are appointed by the Board of Selectmen, often upon the recommendation of the Commission. For anyone interested, we suggest you attend a meeting of the HDC to advise us of your interest and learn what we do. Then the Commission can recommend you to the Board of Selectmen for a seat or alternate position if one is available.

4. When and where does the Commission meet?

The HDC meets the second Monday of each month at 7pm in the meeting room of the municipal offices.
